It is a misconception to see leadership as a role for a specific set of people in the society, as many people often see it, and if you do, as most people do, it limits the extent at which you can deploy your potential in having a fulfilled
leadership journey.
You were born to lead and if you fail to fulfil this mandate, you make prejudice of God’s investment in you as a creature in his own image who is expected to lead the course of positive change in society to his glory. Until you come to understand your place and space in the scheme of things as designed by God, you live a mediocre life when you should be an exceptional being.
