Olabisi is a member of several professional organizations, including the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. In recognition of his contributions to leadership, he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and Management by Myles University of Leadership in 2023. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Leadership and Good Governance at Lead City University, Ibadan.

As an author, he has written several impactful books that reflect his passion for creating memorable learning experiences. He is also the founding partner of LEAP Consult Synergy, a leadership and human capital development firm with operations in Nigeria and Florida, USA. Olabisi is a devoted pastor with the Redeemed Christian Church of God a worldwide Pentecostal church with presence in over 170 nations and serves as a Pastor in Region. He is married to Ololade Akande, a family life and parenting coach, with whom he has gracious children.
